London’s popular Carnaby fashion and tourist destination is building on its summer events and promotions to increase footfall with cooler as its key seasonal theme.

A combination of summer-inspired shopping and dining activations and a newly launched colourful art installation is all part of ‘Carnaby In Colour’ presented by its owner/operator Shaftesbury Capital.

A large number of brands are offering promotions. These include Paul Smith: The Pride Project that’s running until 28 August.

To mark Pride 2023, Paul Smith has collaborated with artists to help them show, through their work, what Pride means to them. They will donate 50% of the net purchase price from the sales of the artwork from this new exhibition to MindOut, the LGBTQ mental health charity.

Elsewhere, fashion retailer IKKS Paris is also offering up to 50% off the spring/summer collection in-store and window displays dedicated to Pride.

Meanwhile, Beauty brand MAC will launch a new collection of colourful ‘Squirt Plumping Gloss Sticks’; eyewear specialist Cubitts introduces its Summer frame collection in-store with new colours; and fashion footwear brand Kat Maconie launches a new collection called 'Bold Move' featuring rainbow colours and new shapes.

In premium fashion, popular danish brand Ganni has also unveiled its collection collaboration with Ester Manas exclusively in the Beak Street store; and Stine Goya is introducing its colourful pre-fall collection; while eyewear brand Finlay is launching new frame colourways.

Taking part in the colour-themed promotional event are more than 100 international and British labels, independent boutiques and one-off concepts, with over 60 restaurants, bars and cafés also participating, Shaftesbury noted.
